Help Others Identify

Once a team is formed, it is your job as the leader to help others identify their limits and either improve them or help them supplement their individual gaps. Bad leaders exploit their team’s limits to build their own ego. Good leaders encourage their team to recognize the value of their limits to strengthen the team.

That courage of recognition of self trickles down and throughout the whole organization.

There is a reason why the most difficult team members have the largest blind spots.
