No Limits

There are aspirations to become limitless, but that unattainable goal for the individual is killing the team. It isn’t real. Everyone has limits. I think there is beauty in the recognition of your limits. It presents you an opportunity to find those without the same limits to take the journey with you.

Bringing in people with the same limits puts you in a position to risk the genuine appreciation of their talent and replace it with the ugliness of comparison. The threat becomes the focus.
