Take ten minutes in the morning to plan. Put it down.
In your head.
On your phone.
In a planner.
On a post-it note.
I don’t care where that plan is put down as long as you have it.
Just a list of meetings on your calendar isn’t a plan. To be fully effective you need to have a funnel filtration mindset as you plan your day. Throw everything you “need to do” in the top because it will fit then instead of being overwhelmed by it all, allow yourself to manage the flow of effectiveness ensuring you accomplish more by pacing your output. Focus on effectiveness and output. Busy isn’t effective. Efficiency is overrated.
Effective use of your time is the only way to scale yourself.
