The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.
The way he fundamentally breaks down why we do what we do and the neuroscience behind it has played a major role in my ability to replace bad habits with good ones. In the book he’ll cover behavior as individuals and the way it plays a role in marketing and business. It helped me a ton as a leader, and as someone who is constantly seeking ways to get the most out of their 24 hours.
Highly recommend it, I’ve read it multiple times and gain tons of value every time I do.
