Transparency as a leader isn’t an outlet for you. It is a practice in inclusion. We far too often hear, “Be transparent!” but do not fully understand the boundaries that still need to exist with transparency. It is not your opportunity to slander, embellish, or deceive. It is your opportunity to create trust through open, honest, truthful feelings and facts that pertain to your business.
